Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be contacted with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed, credit card numbers are encrypted using 256 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Returns Policy
If you wish to return an item to us for a refund or exchange, then please either bring it to us instore, or return it to us at:

The item will need to be returned in unused condition and in original packaging, with contact having been made within 14 days of the purchase date. Once we receive the item, we will then issue a refund or an alternative exchange item, minus the cost of postage. Please note that we do not cover the cost of return postage. If you wish to return an item that was shipped internationally, then please contact us first via one of the methods below. We can then instruct on the best way for the situation to be resolved. Please include your order number or proof of purchase, as well as relevant contact details with returned items.
DAMAGED RETURNS
If your Infinity item such as pads, gloves or bag unfortunately breaks during use, then please contact us in the first instance using one of the methods below. If required, please return it to us at Fjellgata 1, 3181 Horten. The address can be found above. Please include your name and phone number for reference. Once the item arrives, we will then assess it and proceed in replacing, fixing or refunding the item if deemed necessary. This will be at the sole discretion of Infinity Sports. In the unlikely event you receive an item that is the incorrect size, damaged or simply not included in your order, then please contact us on one of the methods below so we can resolve the issue.

Bat Weight
The weight of your new bat is based on one grip and toe guard being fitted and before any stickers or branding is added. Please be aware that any further equipment additions to the bat (e.g. additional grips, toe guard and anti scuff sheet) will add to the quoted weight. It should also be noted that the bat’s weight will fluctuate with atmospheric conditions due to the hygroscopic nature of wood. For the majority of players, the ‘pick-up’ of a bat is considered to be of greater significance than its absolute weight. However, if weight is of paramount importance to you, then please check and ensure that you are happy with your new bat prior to use.
